The TheroGenX Diagnostics Advantage: Complete, Accurate, Rapid, Reliable
Sequence-based solutions: TheroGenX's Nanopore Technology identifies the most common pathogenic microbes, limiting the confusion of competitive NGS technology that does not separate non-harmful microbiome flora. More than 290 fungi, bacteria and eukaryotic organisms, representing 98% of known pathogens, are identified and reported to the provider. Closely related organisms and gene resistant cassettes found in sample pathogens are uniquely identified. The TheroGenX DX report is delivered to the provider in approximately 72 hours, complete with appropriate pharmacologic treatment recommendations, based on tissue type and resistance gene identified.

At TherogenX, we focus on the processing and development of human tissue allografts and structural extracellular matrix (ECM) technologies, supported by a team with experience across medical, scientific, and manufacturing disciplines. Our platform is designed to deliver consistent, high-quality extracellular matrix–based systems for use in surgical procedures and soft tissue applications.
All TherogenX products are processed and handled in accordance with applicable requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, including 21 CFR Part 1271 and Current Good Tissue Practices (cGTP). Our operations incorporate defined quality systems, controlled processing methods, and documented testing protocols designed to support product safety, consistency, and full traceability.
Our technology platform is centered on extracellular matrix–based systems that provide structural support, protective barrier function, and separation of tissue planes. These characteristics are consistent with the inherent properties of the source tissue and are intended for use in a range of surgical applications where structural coverage and support are required.
TherogenX utilizes controlled and standardized processing approaches intended to preserve the key physical and architectural characteristics of the native tissue matrix, including collagen and hyaluronic acid components. This enables the delivery of products with consistent structural integrity and predictable handling characteristics in the operative environment.
Operating within a vertically integrated model, TherogenX maintains oversight across sourcing, processing, quality control, and distribution. This structure supports scalability, consistency, and supply reliability while maintaining alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
